Fields of happiness
Hi everyone. I am super proud of myself. Mom and I have been exercising since last week. Well, we usually work out after I get off of work. Tonight I have class so I wasn't going to be able to stop by. So I got up at 5:45 IN THE MORNING to exercise. I had to cut it short by 5 minutes so I would get to work on time. But anyone who knows me - knows this is a huge accomplishment.

My question for today is does anyone have any really good and healthy fruit dips or sauces I could put on a fruit salad?
  • I like to take a little bit of sugar, some fresh mint, and water and heat it in the microwave until the sugar has dissolved. Once cooled off, pour over the fruit in the salad. Yum!

    (typical fruit salad for that....peaches, nectarines, kiwi, strawberries, pineapple and banana)
