Yum - I had this tonight and it is so good!

20 radishes, sliced very thinly

4 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar

Mix all together

Sodium 247 mg (could be cut by using low sodium soy sauce)

What's even better? The radishes came from our garden.

ETA - if you ever have too many radishes and want to freeze them:

~Wash Radishes
~Cut into small pieces and remove bad spots
~Blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes
~Place in ice cold water & drain well
~Put in freezer bag & freeze
  • You can freeze radishes?

Interesting. I cannot stand them, but because my main goal for the ginormous garden we planted last night was that I intend to freeze ALOT of stuff that comes out of it.

I'll have to give this a shot.

    *saves to memories*

Our garden hasn't even began to grow, like I said we only got to it last night. I have however been able to freeze Bruce alot of asparagrass :).
    • See - I want to freeze stuff too so we can continue enjoying our garden later. Though, we have only had radishes come up and Scott eats them like candy. EW

I like them on salads on and this recipe was good. That is all.
